Directions for use:
To prepare the Chinese lion head mats, print out the mats. Cut out the lion heads and laminate for durability.
These cards are suitable for children ages 2 and up.
Use them with dollar store toothbrushes and dry erase markers, making sure not to use permanent markers. Wipe the marker off with a moist cloth or if particularly hard you can use rubbing alcohol.
To use in the class use the dry erase markers to draw dots over each sound and have the children brush off the dots with a toothbrush. When the letter is revealed have the children call out the sound.
